Olasupo “Shoopo” Oyedepo is a technology strategist with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation and value delivery, having led and supported technology projects and programmes across Africa and globally. He believes digital technologies can bridge gaps and optimise processes, but only deliver sustainable impact with the right context, ownership and governance. Holding an MSc in Digital Health Governance and a PhD in Ethical Artificial Intelligence, he leads the Innovation and Technology for Development (T4D) function at OO&A Ltd, a boutique consultancy operating in the UK, Nigeria and the USA. He serves on the Editorial Board of the Oxford Open Digital Health Journal and the Advisory Board of Simprints, UK, and has lectured on the ethical, social and legal issues of technology at the University of Buckingham, UK.
Dr. Ifeoma Muoto is a health systems professional currently serving as an Assistant Department Administrator at Kaiser Permanente, where she supports the OBGYN subspecialties of Perinatology, Urogynecology, and Gynecological Oncology. Alongside this operational role, she holds a PhD and MS and contributes to public health education as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Affiliate Faculty member in the Health Management & Policy and Health Systems & Policy graduate programs at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health.
Adejoh Idoko Momoh is a public policy and development professional with over 12 years of experience across government, investment, public-sector reform and strategic advisory. As Senior Special Assistant on Research and Documentation to former Kaduna State Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, he contributed to major initiatives in public-sector reform, local government administration and infrastructure planning. He works with government, private-sector and international partners on practical solutions to complex development challenges, and has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School, Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and Bucerius Summer School, Hamburg.
Aimée Ogunro is a global health specialist with over 15 years of experience designing, managing and evaluating large-scale health programmes across Africa, with expertise spanning community health systems, programme design and management, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, social and behaviour change, and communications. She is currently West Africa Lead for the Mastercard Foundation’s Community Health Workforce Program, supporting initiatives that create sustainable employment for young people in Africa’s health sector. She previously held global health roles with USAID/Ghana, the World Bank and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, managing health investments and multi-country programmes in digital health, social and behaviour change, and emergency response. She holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a BA with Honours from Harvard University, and is bilingual in English and French.
