Who We Are

People behind the capacity that communities run on.

Eilish Consulting exists to bridge the gap between community-based organizations across Nigeria and West Africa, and the resources it takes for their work to last.

Our Story

Eilish Consulting emerged from a profound understanding of the challenges facing grassroots organizations. We recognized the critical need to support the NGOs doing the real work of development, and built a firm to bridge the gap between them and the resources they need to thrive.

Our Vision

To be the lead in transformative development, empowering organizations to create lasting positive change through strategic excellence and innovative solutions.

Our Mission

We deliver unparalleled expertise in strategic planning, evaluation, and capacity building, crafting bespoke solutions that optimize resource allocation and drive measurable, sustainable impact.

How We Work

Built for small and medium-sized community-based organizations.

These organizations are the lifeblood of local development. Our goal is to enhance their capacity to create lasting impact, and we do it three ways.

Community-led

Facilitating what communities already drive

Implementing community-centred and community-driven initiatives, not solutions handed down from outside.

Resource-efficient

Access to what actually works

Improving access to the most up-to-date, resource-efficient approaches to community development.

Built to last

Designed for durable impact

Strengthening organizations with systems and strategies that can sustain change long after the engagement ends.

Our Commitment

Tailored solutions, not templates.

We believe in the power of solutions built for the room they're in. Every community and organization faces its own challenges and opportunities. That's why we take a personalized approach, working closely with each partner to develop strategies that address their specific needs and context.
